Established in 2011, Lavender H&SC aims to be the:

“Care Hub of Our Community

Lavender H&SC offers a plethora of services to our community, we are a UK provider of health, social and educational staff. We specialise in providing services for staff working with SEN children. Ranging from training courses to school health services (e.g. IHCP, etc.). We offer anger management services for all children age 0 – 19 years of age.

As a member of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and a registered agency on the NHS employer’s UK Code of Practice agency list we ensure that we are always fully compliant to all relevant legislations in our industry whilst adhering to best practices in the sectors we work in.

Our Approach to Recruitment

We are committed to providing a seamless recruitment solution removing the time and overhead your business faces with recruitment. We work closely with prospective candidates to find the best roles for their experience, location and availability. We pride ourselves on our bespoke recruitment solution as no two clients or candidates are the same.

We take a proactive and structured approach to finding high quality employees which can provide businesses with several benefits over taking a reactive approach typical agencies use (i.e. enabling a more effective way to ensure high calibre candidates are available at a moment’s notice rather than scrambling to fill a gap when the inevitable arises; staff leave, maternity leave, sickness etc.)

Our Approach to Training

Have you ever been forced to sit through a boring, standard “read-off-the-slide” training course? Tired of just receiving information which has no real world (real scenario) application?

Lavender H&SC are firm believers of people learning best when they are fully engaged and having fun whilst learning. Whilst ensuring our courses are engaging and interactive we provide delegate with the underpinning knowledge, understanding and skills needed to perform as specialists in their respective fields.

Our Approach to Anger Management

Anger is a normal human emotion and can be considered a healthy emotion. Anger can either be useful or detrimental depending on how it is managed and conveyed. We aim to highlight the useful sides to anger which helps us to identify issues in our lives, motivate us to create change and distance ourselves from certain situations.

Not all anger is violently displayed, you may internalize your anger which can lead to self-harm, depriving yourself of food amongst others. We take our time to get a comprehensive understanding of the type of anger you are dealing with and how best to manage it, channel it positively and utilise any and all support systems available to you.
